Showed up at 5:20, they close at 6, and rude af receptionist said they're not talking any more walk ins. It was 5:20, and it was completely empty, nobody was waiting. Do the doctors really need that much time? Love the drs there but the staff is rude af.
Very Unprofessional and Rude Staff!!! The doctors are very nice. Front Desk is awful!!! They have No clue of what they are doing. Front desk have no medical knowledge at all! So if you call to get test results or you have questions about your medication, they give you the wrong answers. Very unreliable!!!
Muy mala atención de la Dr. Laura Solano en la sucursal de La Gran Plaza citan. 10:15 am y mas de una hora después no me han atendido y el personal no sabe darme una hora a q horas me atenderán y mi cita la realicé 3 días antes!!!
I've come here before and they've done okay for what the clinic is. When I called to give them our insurance information they were very rude and said they'd have to call back to obtain it. (Even tho we had an appointment that same day) They calles back and I was immediately put on hold for 20 MINUTES. JUST TO GIVE INSURANCE INFORMATION. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone.
This clinic is by far, the worst medical practice I have been to in my life. They always make you wait for minimum one hour- that if you are lucky- my experience is an average of a 1.5 hour wait. Sometimes you have to wait outside in the lobby, and sometimes in one of the rooms. When you have a padiatric appointment and you need to wait for that long, the wait becomes unbearable. Pretty bad! It took me a very long time to be seen....... never by the famous doctor I was assigned by my insurance, but by a doctor assistant, (yikes!!) The team seemed to be very unprofessional, unorganized Would not recommend it!!
Effective today I will no longer go to this clinic I have been in this clinic for years due to dr hilal being a great dr as of June 3rd he will no longer be there! I am relieved I no longer have to go and wait around for 2 hrs to be seen in that hot stinky office! It smells like ass and feet in each room they have spider webs and it clearly looks dirty I never put anything down on the floors because I was grossed out! I can't stand having to come here with my parents. The staff is so rude. It takes almost 2 hours to be seen and you still have to wait after you've been seen for them to finish paper work. Please save yourself money and time and go to a real clinic with better staff.
When I first started going to Mi Doctors I loved how Dr. Pomales listened to me. He seemed like he really cared for his patients and enjoyed his job. However I always always had a hard time getting my med's filled due to him only being a P.A.. No big deal right? It is when you and the pharmacy call over and over again to try everything to get your med's you have to have filled. This seemed to happen every time my med's either got changed.
