I was assigned this clinic by my insurer as my PCP so I went today 30 minutes before my appointment and I had all paperwork printed and filled up at home with list of my meds. After about 30 minutes they called me in the nurse checked my BP and vital signs and asked me to wait outside for 15 more minutes so I waited for about 45 minutes and the clinic got full of people of all walks of life when I got there there was another person but after my wait it was full and they told me I have to wait because they don't have availabl... read more
We have been to this clinic a few times the first Dr. was great and is no longer working there, however the front office staff is so rude and have no idea what they are doing. they have over charged every time we went and now refuse to give refill on heart medication. Every time we call to talk with a nurse we are transferred to a fax line. When we were able to finally talk to a nurse she was extremely rude, saying you haven't been here since July how have you had the medicine anyway. when I told her the refills just ran out... read more
This clinic is under new doctor and new management . Front office people are doing the best they can and yes you have to wait forever to be called. The worst is in the patient room, there do not treat the patient with respect , make you wait for hours, you're abandoned there!! They recommend test hat you don't need it and you have to leave the patient room to pay first before they do the test. Mi doctor is the Most Useless doctors office i have ever walked in to. They have one mission and that is to take every possible test they can to get your bill to its maximum before they will write a prescription. But hey would much rather give you a shot at $85 to handle it.. They also conveniently take your initial $65 office visit up front so you can't leave while in the middle of their little scam.
