I came here 2 days after my baby was born for jaundice. They have been nothing but accommodating to my baby. The front desk staff have been excellent, quick check in with a little to no wait. I've been having issues with my previous pediatrician and will be transferring my toddler here as well.
I really like Dr Farhad, you can tell she cares for her patients. We saw the NP Stephanie once and really liked her too. However, the wait is always too long, and there's no play area or anything for littles to do while you wait. The front office staff isn't the friendliest, but I'm starting to think that's at e every doctors office.
Today was my first visit after having my baby. She had her first check up as new born and it was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and nice. They helped me carry the car seat since I could not. The medical assistants were so sweet and helpful. Dr. Farhad was amazing, she was so clear with everything and gentle with my baby girl. Dr. Farhad Is an intelligent woman and is amazing at her job! Thank you!
The reason for 3 stars is the people doing the filing and paperwork are not good. We were told they had a specific document and when I came in today they did not receive it. Today the new office manager went above and beyond. We had a paperwork issue and she helped get it resolved quickly. Hopefully she will continue the trend and make it a better place. She gets 5 stars.
We love Lisa Ernst at this location. She listens to any concerns and helps and is very patient. The office staff is not always polite but we go here bc of Lisa!
I have been taking my kids to this location for over a year and have always received good quality health care. The staff is kind and caring and the doctors and nursing staff have always been gentle and empathetic to both my kids needs,and my own. In March 2020, my family was blessed with a new baby. I was a little worried about taking him in for his first check up due to the coronavirus. Best pediatric facility in mckinney- from Araceli at the desk with her calm and professional demeanor to Priscilla the MA that heard every concern and was incredibly thorough, not to mention the best bedside manner with kids (how do you make a strep test less scary- she did it!) You cannot go wrong bringing the most important little people in your life here. We will only be patients of MD kids.
This clinic I love it! Gabi and all the front desk staff be on it for me. I'm so glad I chose this place for my children.
Service is ok, slow at times but good overall. My kids don't need any special care so everything is good
