The service here is extremely slow. They are busy chatting among each other, talking on their cell phones , and doesn't provide good customer service of getting you in and out of your appointment in a timely manner. 95% of the nurses speak mostly Spanish to patients and to each other. If you are looking for Spanish speaking location this would be the place. They doesn't seem to understand what you are saying to them most of the time in English. I will be switching providers. The wait time is horrible, the doctor don't actively listen, and the customer service is just ok. I don't get a good feeling and my kids hate it there. Before it switched from My Childrens I loved that doctors office. Now it's trash. We won't step foot back in there. If your looking for a pediatrician find a better provider. Your kids deserve it.

Called ahead of time about the an emergency visit and upon arriving they informed us off the new paper work change over. Child in tears and they did not give a crap.

We gave this establishment an effort for 15 months. After seeing a different provider every time, I can say we NEVER had a positive visit to this location. The doctors and nurses were rude and unaccommodating to the most basic questions. Twice in our time, we were referred by another specialist to get something from our GCP and both times we were met with disappointment at each request. Other times they would talk condescending to my children. Most times they would refer us out for small items like an ingrown toe nail! I w... read more

6 months after my bad review I was sent a bill because they just "forgot" to bill my kids insurance. Then on top of that it was charged wrong. When I called the insurance provider they didn't charge for any visit for 2 years. It looks like I never took my child to the doctor. Good thing I keep all summary reports for the day. Save your peace of mind and go somewhere else.

This place is ridiculous. I took my daughter in for a well check, and told them my daughter was having sinus headaches from allergies. We ended up having appointments with cardiologist and neurologist by the time we left, because the PA swore up and down that it wasn't allergies that she had an underlying heart condition. Well needless to say 3 weeks of going crazy thinking my 12 yr old had a serious illness and 6,000 dollars later we got the results! Yep you guessed it Sinus issues due to allergies! I made an appointment more than two weeks ago to get my 3 year-old a Hep A shot and a check-up. We waited twenty minutes after the appt time to get called back and 15 minutes in the treatment room only to be told they don't have the vaccine and we have to take him to Prosper. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! Add this to the fact that they rarely have his chart up to date, I'm surprised they haven't poisoned or killed a child yet. This was our VERY LAST TRIP HERE. Too long on hold ! Took him three weeks ago Dr said nothing wrong guess what now he been diagnosed with Upper Respiratory Infection after I got a second opinion! You never see the same Dr . I got threatened by a man there needs to be security in that lobby .... Feel like we are rushed every time . Sorry but you have lost my Child I am done ... Now it making me wonder if my child actually has Asthma or not !!!!!
