First off I do not understand all of the negative reviews. Today was the first time taking my infant here because we are fed up with our previous dr. I will be transferring my toddler here as well. Lisa, the nurse practitioner is absolutely amazing! She actually listens and you can tell that she genuinely cares. Yeah the long wait is a pain, but it's worth it for the care that you get!

We are going to this facility for 6 years now. Most of the time they try to accommodate our need for an appointment. In all those years it happened once that we had to go see a Dr. in their location in Plano. We usually see the same Dr. and I don't feel rushed out. Couple times the diagnosis was off and we had to come back again, but honestly, it can happen anywhere.

Called in to schedule an appointment and ask a question and was treated rudely. Simply wanted to know at what age a teen can bring them self to the doctor. The person on the phone hesitated as though she did not have the answer, and then abruptly said 18. I simply asked her if she was guessing or was that policy. She said, excuse me and hung up in my face! I don't think her reaction was called for. Nor is it professional. Gross. The waiting area is disgusting, today I thought I saw baby feces on the floo. The atmosphere screams unpleasantness. You wait FOREVER just to be called back and when you finally do get to go back, you wait an hour or more. The nurses are rude and have bad attitudes. would recommend somewhere else.

Terrible kids pediatric because the fact that their seating area is disgusting and on top of that I have a 12:45pm appointment and the doctors go to lunch and aren't back till 1:00pm So I'm just sitting here wasting my time.

Horrible front desk staff horrible respond time no one ever answers the phone just a horrible dr office I am waiting for other offices to free up space so I can take my family elsewhere

I love the doctors here but the front desk staff and medical assistants who do the shots and vaccines are just TERRIBLE. They don't know common sense, they are always loud, abrupt and rude... they yell when I'm the only person in the room.. (like talk to me normally... )they lack all customer service skills. One time it smelt like fire on my way in and they told me they lit an incense at work... I've had to question their training a few times in my head... I don't think they have RNS, the girls seem really inexperienced

Most horrible pediatrician ever literally every time I go I waited there for 4 hours after my appointment. Then, the people at the front desk hung up on the people on the phone with a attitude. Then, when I called today did it to me. The doctors are horrible they're straight up quacks. This office needs to be shut down period.

The absolute worst clinic ever. Still long wait times and everything takes three times longer than it should. Management change I was told, and that their services would improve.... Yeah it improved for a month and then went right back to being awful. Better block off a good portion of your day even with the appointment. Might as well just been a walk-in. They both take the same amount of time. All the staff just stands around talking to each other and it takes for ever to get a call back that's if you even get on. Save your... read more
