I would like to thank all the staff at Meadowview for the care and attention given to my mum. For nearly 2 years, they have cared for mum, and I can't thank them enough. Little things that mean a lot, a cup of tea and a chat. For getting a warm blanket from the laundry when she was feeling a chill. All these are just so kind and thoughtful. The Meadowview Care Home has made several very good changes recently and is noticeable as soon as you enter. There is always an excellent amount of dedicated staff providing excellent care. The home is fresh clean and a happy atmosphere. Activates for residents are very pleasing. The new manager is very approachable and doing great things for residents.

The staff are all amazing. Meadowview has been a safe and happy place for my mum. There are great activities and even taken out for lunch. Our family can't thank enough all the teams involved in mums care.

Dad was admitted as emergency respite care for 2 weeks. The staff were amazing so helpful and very welcoming. Always addressing dad by his first name. It was his birthday during his short stay and they made a lovely cake.

My brother is very happy and contented, his care by all staff is excellent. He goes on outings and is always pleased to go. As a family member, we are always welcomed by the staff. The family feel reassured that my brother is well cared for. Thank you.

Very caring and helpful staff who are always attentive to the residents. Nothing is too much to attend with. Even visitors are treated with respect and courtesy. Staff are always cheerful and are quick to resolve any issues with residents or any visiting friends or relatives. The Management are also very responsive to any suggestions or complaints, and everyone is treated with respect and dignity.

I have visited my Grandma on many occasions since she arrived at Meadowview and I have been so impressed every single time. We moved her from another care home where she was not getting the care she deserved and Meadowview has absolutely exceeded our expectations. The staff are phenomenal and always present when you visit. They know each resident extremely well and take care of them like family.
