My mum has being living in Meadow View for over 4 years and as a family, we are grateful to all staff for the care my mother gets and the security we have knowing she is happy, safe and well looked after. Over the Covid, they have shown this more, we have always been updated on status and they have always made visits possible, even in pods through glass.

A lovely, caring home. There is a variety of activities for the residents. The home is clean and welcoming. The staff are friendly and caring and provide a home from home for the residents. Parking can be a problem.

The care home is well run. The staff are cheerful, friendly and very caring. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. Nothing is too much trouble. I was apprehensive about my mum going into a care home but I realised very quickly that going into Meadow View had definitely been the correct decision for her. The change in her was unbelievable. Mum has been at Meadow View for the last few years and she is so happy and content. It's peace of mind for me living so far away but knowing that Mum is very well cared for makes it easier for me. She loves the staff and I'm sure they love her too for her mischievous character! Mum is always clean and tidy and has her hair nails and feet done regularly. The home is always clean and tidy and we are always welcomed whenever we go.

My auntie has been a resident at Meadow View Care Home for over 4 years and has been very well cared for during this time. The staff are always friendly and the home is always clean and well organised. Thank you to all the staff for looking after her so well.

My mum is always clean and so is her room. I've not a bad word against any of the staff. Always friendly and they keep me informed on what is going on with my mum's treatment and medication, as soon as it's going on.

Meadow View Care Home is a place that reflects a high level of care. Staff are professional and sensitive to my mother’s individual care plan, ensuring that her needs are met. It’s a place that nurtures individuals with respect and dignity. The home is clean, friendly and welcoming working together with family members. I would recommend this home to anyone who is in the process of looking at care homes for family members in similar situations and circumstances.

My Auntie is in Meadow View Care Home in Warrington. I can not praise the staff enough for the care and dignity they give to my auntie. When we visit the staff are very friendly, nothing is to much trouble. I am a full-time carer for my mum and dad. Knowing that my Auntie is being cared for has taken a lot of pressure of me. I cannot thank them enough.

The care staff are all very friendly to visitors to the home, this is important to us because it is stressful and worrying when you place a relative into a care home. They answer all questions and deal with any concerns quickly and efficiently. Above all, they treat all the residents with respect and look after their needs in a very gentle manner. Their job can be difficult by the very nature of the illness but I have always found them to be sympathetic and reassuring often in very difficult circumstances.
