If i could give less stars I would. This place is a hellhole. No hot water, 1 sheet and I pillowcase and 1 small blanket. I cup of orange detergent to wash your face, body and hair. Bedbugs and roaches and literal criminals roaming the halls. I came into this place completely lucid and stumbled out a total zombie from all of the drugs they were pumping into me 4 times a day. It took nearly a month for the shakes to stop. I was there with no money, ID, phone, clothing and was committed when I refused to sign myself into... read more

The clinical team that oversees the technicians that oversee the clients is- you ready for this- the nursing department. They do not have a supervisory team of experienced managers to train and oversee the technicians. I've been in the tx field for 12 years and to have nurses oversee technicians is asinine. Nurses know medical care, not emotion and mental health nor do they have the knowledge to counsel clients. The facility is dirty and you are treated as a staff member by your length of tenure there. If you're a new staff ... read more

This place is in serious disrepair and is filthy. There was a pornagraphic pencil drawing over an unpainted plaster fix on my bathroom wall directly opposite of my toilet. The staff would not clean it off not would they give me the items to remove it myself. This is common in all the bathrooms and rooms. Any place a hole in the wall was fixed (they are in common room places as well as bedrooms and bathrooms), are not painted over- just big white spots. The BHA's run groups and they are unqualified to say the least. The best ... read more

We are very disappointed with this facility. There was an incident with my child one evening and we were not informed until the following AFTERNOON. Why not the next Morning?! We were expecting our child's release the following day to then be told that they were going to prolong the stay another a couple days because of it. They say the phones disconnect automatically at a certain time (even while speaking to staff, ie; a nurse?!!), that's unacceptable. Also, we were told during registration that we can speak to our child wh... read more

I was a patient here. The place was always dirty, food was disgusting, there were mice in our rooms and the nurses were rude. They offer barely any mental health resources or outlets; they just load you up with pills and send you home after a week. I would never wish for anyone to be sent here.

Why has no one at this facility returned the multiple calls from my family about a member we are trying to get discharged? While she originally admitted involuntarily, we are extremely concerned by the negligent communication by staff and are demanding her immediate release. In the in 6 days she has been in your care: -no one in my family has been able to speak with a doctor at the facility, and two different times we had scheduled calls with nurses they were not returned -she has not received a change of clothes and the clo... read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I have a loved one in this facility and each person I try to talk to have been extremely unprofessional. They cut me off in mid sentence, give me the palm basically disregarding my concerns, they have treated me less than. If they do that to people who aren't patients in this facility, I can not imagine how they treat the patients!!! Oh wait, they just pump them up with drugs so they become zombies even before the said patient has seen a doctor. I'm in complete and utter disbelief how this fa... read more

Very disappointed in whoever does the hiring here. I have been to this facility several times over the last 6 years, and there are so many amazing staff that work here. Watch out for the new woman in the intake department...she puts your business out there in front of everyone around you and then mocks and degrades you for what you are going through as if she is "better" than people with mental illness. I already feel terrible about myself, I don't need your help too. None of the other staff can stand her because not only do... read more
