Front staff is very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. The nurse practitioner is not knowledgeable about anything. Do not waste your time going here. You are better off going to the ER.
The first time I went in May the service was fast, when you could walk into the building. In all 3 times I did get my PCR results quickly, in less than 24 hours. However, since they started in-car testing, the service has gotten progressively worse. 2 weeks ago I took my daughter and waited 45 minutes to get an antigen test, and another 15 minutes to get the test results, so an hour in total. Didn’t get seen. Will never go back. Crazy long waiting after having to make appointments. No communication. Not to mention your staff has a attitude problem.
Very shady, tried charging me $150 last night to get my 5 year old son tested for covid. I left and reported them!!
Horrible waiting time. Got turned away after an hour wait. Rude reception. I won’t be coming back. Please don’t support this horrible establishment.
