My son was feeling bad yesterday and went there and they told him to leave and wait for a zoom call from a nurse practitioner for an over the phone evaluation...He was having some fever and chill type symptoms...The dumb ass nurse practitioner without even taking his temperature told him that Covid is the only thing it could be... that’s bullshit... said it was the biggest waste of two hours ever... A day later and he’s feeling better with no medicine prescribed

Made an appointment online and received email confirmation. Called when arrived (about 15 minutes before the appointment time), gave the requested information and was informed that a nurse would come out to the car. After 1 hour waiting in the car, I called back and was again informed that the nurse would be notified to come to the car. No one came... After 1.5 hour waiting, I called again and this time the nurse came to the car and informed us that no one from the staff had told her that I was waiting in the car.... Disappo... read more
The front receptionist was very unfriendly, and I never did get my results emailed to me like they said they would within 24 hours. In fact never got them emailed at all, I had to call for them
I have been there twice. Both times I have excellent service.....the longest I have had to wait for test and results is 20 minutes 😀
We went to be COVID tested due to exposure - very efficient and fast. Never leave your car. Great experience
