Professional, Expedient, and friendly
Since my son decided at the last minute to play a sport, we had to get a physical done quickly. Medella only charged $25, and we were seen immediately. They were efficient but also super thorough. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and even supportive of my son trying a sport. Great experience.
They claimed on their website that you get results fast but after taking the test they said 7 days. Not happy and won’t be going back. Other places are charging less and informing you that same day.
Worst experience ever. The nurse practitioner didn’t really listen to me because he decided immediately that I had allergies. I went to my doctor after the holidays and was diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia. They treated me with antibiotics, steroids, cough syrup, breathing treatments, and inhaler. I would not return to this urgent care for any reason. I’m still not completely well but certainly on the road to recovery.
Today, I had my second visit to this urgent care this year. I had cellulitis that wasn’t responding to the first round of antibiotics, so I decided to come here. I waited less than 15 minutes. I was given IV antibiotics and will take a stronger antibiotic starting tomorrow. I also got my flu shot while I was there. The nurse practitioner made me laugh to ease up the tension.
