It was good. Delivery was fast. Calling about software, they were friendly and put me in touch with the company they purchase it from. The other company was able to help me download the software. The only thing I wish is medicaldevicedepot could have saved me this step by directing me to the company's website where the download was so I didn't have to call the second company, but they probably aren't allowed in case the person has download difficulties.
