Although we never got to the root of my problem you earnf an E for effort because Dr. Lola used every avenue she knew of whom she thought could answer our questions but to no avail. Service was outstanding a nd all staff that I encounted was super friendly.
My most recent visit was very positive. There was not a long wait time and the staff was fantastic from beginning to end. The doctor I saw was very informative and she always had a smile. She asked me how the mask was feeling and I can truly say I sleep better and feel really good about the sleep solution they've prescribed for me. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

I did not receive my mask. I will need to return and pick it up. Tech was very knowledgeable and patient with me.
Have MSS to follow up with secondary partners ( i.e., venders, suppliers ) to help expedite orders for patients and not just depend on partners to fulfill prescriptions and orders
My experiences was good. The bed could have been better. It wasn't to comfortable. If it was adjustable that would have made it just fine.the nurse was great snacks was ok.
Great experience. Staff and doctors were very polite ,professional, and very helpful in explaining medical issues
