I had my issues resolved
Curtious, respectfully, kind.
The staff was very helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable. I slept like a baby and did not have to get up once during the night. I did not wake up till the tech came in to wake me up the next morning. I also noticed I was not as tired as I usually am the day after my sleep study test.

Great service, I felt comfortable
I think the policy of asking the patient to arrive one half hour before their appointment is excessive and does not show respect for my time, which is also valuable (I probably left work to come to come to the appointment.) Rather tell me my appointment is at 2 pm but put in the computer 2:30. It will sort of be like the five pounds you subtract for a person's clothes when weigh them and the lower weight goes into the patient's record. Thank you.
