Dr. Charnock's front desk receptionist was extremely rude - looked as if she was in hate mode. She lacked compassion, petty, judgemental not very people oriented. I had the same chilly reception when I came in the second time. Everyone else was very polite and professional.Their warmth covered up the chilly reception.
Friendly, knowledgeable, careing staff. Great place for those of us with sleep disorders to find solutions to our needs.
