My experience's at Medical Sleep Solutions have always been pleasant, the staff is very friendly and courteous. The Doctor's are professional and have a very good Bed side manner.

Office visit was excellent. But the usual & constant equipment problems/mis-communications prevail. It is getting frustrating since it has been over a year w/o supplies, and new equipment promised in December was not ordered until we challenged why not in January.
During my visit, I was treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. All my questions were answered and the results of my sleeping analysis was explained. All of the office personnel were friendly.
Once you make contact with a live person then the process is smooth. Staff is helpful and encouraging.
The testing went great, except for the glue you get stuck in the hair, lol. I picked up my C-Pap & have been using it. It's been going good. And I had no problems getting used to it. I praise the Lord I went to see Dr Charnock.
The overall experience was great.
