Welcome to Medieval Times where, despite spending hundreds of dollars on dinner (tasteless chicken and a stale potato), the show, and souvenirs - the staff are trained to photobomb anyone taking their own photographs with a plastic sword stuck in a plastic stone. Thanks Iris - I hope you get plenty of job satisfaction from this. Also, if you have to hit animals to get them to do things, they probably don’t want to be doing them.

The only area we kindly request that guests do not take personal photos is in our paid photo areas, which are an extremely small area of the castle. RecommendedThis place is awesome alone just with the free birthday gift that they send for your birthday month. Overall the staff members are always pleasant, courteous, and they never get out of character. The Queen Maria Isabella herself was gracious enough to take a picture with my husband and I for his birthday today. After attending this Castle for 3 years now, I finally received a flower from the noble black and white knight. Thank you sir Black and White knight for gracing me with a beautiful flower.

the price for cheap seats for two people was $120. Everything was so overpriced. Sound system is so bad we couldn't understand anything they were saying.

The MC mentioned Mermorial Day but made a jerk comment about the “regime” in the White House! Extremely disrespectful to President Donald Trump! Would never return to this Venue again if this Jerk was still here.

These people treat their employees like garbage and fired me for having muscular dystrophy.....they also beat their horses constantly and refuse to feed or water them leaving them tied to a wall for 10 hours at a time so they cant lay down eat or drink. Don't support these animal abusers
I think 6095 for one person is a bit much, I saw a commercial today the Citadel for $30.95 it didn't say for how long that promotion was for and it was the first time I saw it literally there was another commercial for like foot fungus and then another commercial that kids are free... so I didn't know if it goes together or if it's one promotion or the other it doesn't say it's not specific, so I went online and of course that's not anywhere here nor there not online so I actually called the number listed on the website whic... read more
This was my first time to come here. I bought my hubby and I the Queens package for our anniversary. We told our server that we both wanted the vegetarian meal. I passed up on the garlic bread and the tomato soup because I was looking forward to my pita bread, hummus, with celery and carrot sticks. So I did receive the 3 bean stew with corn and a potato.
