Hate the new show. We normally go about 3 times a year but won’t be going again. My son kept asking where the king and the bad guy were because he looked forward to the exciting show we are use to seeing. This was like going to watch MMA fights and finding out they now do dance fighting. Lay off the girl power and remember you’re MEDIEVAL Times

I would love to give this a higher rating. I think the actual show was 5 star. BUT... first we brought a military guest from out of town so purchased tickets online with a coupon we finally found (no military discount could be found online) them when we get there we were offered VIP which reminded me of the discount. Apparently there was one and it would have given us the VIP for free but she refused to do so. Then at the photo booth (although not at all busy) we were herded to one of the screens without a choice. They quic... read more

I don’t like the new show You can’t follow half the dialogue because it’s all run together, and frankly it’s boring. I get that you’re trying to push feminism, and having a queen is an awesome change of pace, but the queen exerting her power by asking men to do her bidding? That doesn’t even make sense. If she wants to prove that she’s in charge, she needs to get her hands dirty and slay the bad guy herself, not ask a man to handle her dirty work. I’m kind of pissed that I dropped $150 on two tickets to listen to a bad pol... read more

Show was nice and the food was good but the service was horrible. We were a group of 18 and plates were cleared before some of us were finished eatting. Coffee was never offered, we had to ask for it and it took forever to finally get it. NOT WORTH THE TIP!

I made reservations a week prior to the show for my boyfriends birthday and they did not save seats for my reservation. They told me the show was completely sold out. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced there was no attempt to accommodate my party even though I made a reservation, had an email confirmation number, and an order ID number. We will never be coming here ever again!
