Such an overrated place. Lousy food, barely entertaining, overpriced.

My family and I used to visit 2 or 3 times a year. However, last August we had a terrible experience and decided to give it some time before coming back. With the new show we decided to visit to celebrate our anniversary. We really wanted to love the new show. Unfortunately, there wasn't much of a storyline until the jousting started. Then there was a perfect opportunity to make your queen a really awesome character by having her teach the upstart knight a lesson, but that didn't happen. You knew the ending before it really ... read more

The group sales coordinator made a mistake and cancelled our booking for the special scout show. Thankfully, they weren't 100% full and the employees there were able to help us. The animal science presentation was not hands on and I don't recommend it.

So I asked my 4 year old son what he would like to do for his birthday this year, and he adamantly wanted to go back to the castle. I booked a group package for 16 people. I find ... read more

My family and I have gone here numerous times. This month I called and made reservations for a party of 9 and wanted celebration package as we were celebrating 3 birthdays this month alone. I gave them all my information and thought I was all set. I get an email confirmation saying that it was not celebration package that I got but only the royalty package so no cake or announcements and no front row seats (which is what we wanted). I asked if they can switch it to celebration package and they informed me that they were sold... read more

I’m honestly really disappointed in the story line change. I’m all for having a queen and “women empowerment” or whatever, but having to explain to my child why his knight is the “bad guy” now instead of a universal villain is completely unfair. We don’t get to choose our knight. So having one bad knight out of all of your paying customers is in poor taste.
