The 2 stars are for the property's appearance and upkeep. The missing 3 stars are for the performance, the lack of staff enthusiasm/customer service, and the overall presentation. Our food was cold, and the chicken was bone dry. Staff is way too concerned with telling the customer that they should be tipped well, but the service was not that good. The food used to taste better, when I went as a kid, to the one in Buena Park.

The show was great! The food and waiters was good...the greeters were absolutely awful! Rude as hell! We went down on a school trip I heard several of them snickering about the kids more then once like they was pissed because they was working. Also when we entered we were given seating tickets. As a chaperone we were never asked whom is with your group and when we asked to exchange tickets so that we may all sit together we were told no leaving our group no choice but to sit apart from one another and me hoping back in forth... read more

I just love love Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament shows. I even went when we were on vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC. It is a great shows for kids of all ages, including us "old" people. lol
