This was the 2nd visit. Both times I called ahead regarding the vegetarian menu and food allergies. Both times I was told one thing on the phone then found something completely different when we got to Arundel Mills.

My family, friends and I patroned Medieval Times at Arundel Mills Mall in Hanover, MD last night, May 27, 2017. I was disturbed and disgusted by the racially insensitive - at best - or racially discriminatory - at worst - performance that my family, friends and I witnessed, along with a full house comprised of a culturally diverse audience!!! There were 3 non-white, presumably African-American actors, out of a cast of maybe 12 primary performers. The first African-American actor was one of the 4 Horsemen (Knights), who was... read more

Hello. Our Northman character you are referring to is one of our senior knight roles. ALL of our knights and squire roles alternate EVERY show. In the show, the knights are fighting in the tournament to be champion of the castle, NOT for the princess hand in marriage. A brief explanation of the background and requirements of that particular role in the show might be in order. The role of ‘Northman’ in the current Medieval Times production is a premier position, awarded to our most senior, and most talented Knights. Each of t... read more

We went to the show last night and was with the red and yellow knight. This was the first time for my fiancé and daughter which were both celebrating a birthday. We also got the celebrate package! We spent a lot of money for our tickets and put out over 130 last night... The King and Princess and all the staff was amazing with my daughter as she is just turning 1. The Princess even asked to hold her. We were having a great time until it came to the show! Our knight was the biggest jerk ever! I know just because we have a lit... read more

First, the show itself was great. I was impressed with all the skills of the knights. Bravo to them and their horsemanship. For the price I paid for VIP tickets, however, I expected more VIP service. I'm not even sure what I paid extra for. Front row seats and a hand towel? I shouldn't of had to fight my way through a crowd to be seated and people who pay more for their ticket should be served their food first. If you pay for a VIP ticket, you should get a VIP experience. That simply wasn't it. The quality of the food cou... read more

Terrible customer service. Special pricing doesn't include several service fees and to get a group rate is nearly impossible. They lost 30+ customers this weekend.
