Get directionsThis was suppose to be a special night. It was the 5TH YEAR in a row that my 9 year old daughter and I spent our Valentines together at Medieval Times. We buy the Valentines package every year as well. Last night as we entered we were handed the wrong credentials. At first we did not receive any of the Valentines package extras. I had to speak to a supervisor to get our champagne and chocolates. We had to go back to the entrance to take an extra picture so we could get our valentines couple picture done. After the show, I ... read more
I have been to Medieval Times 3 times always someone else's pick. I have never liked it. They should have a 7 course meal with choices. It is supposed to be a meal with the king. They should offer 1 free alcoholic beverage with the meal. The show drags. It is boring. It is expensive. It should have a storyline where people can connect to the actors. The princess should get captured and the knight who rescues her gets to marry her.
this was my family's first time we went with our two kids 5 and 7 for my husband's 40th birthday. it was pretty pricey because we did thr kings royal upgrade. had a few issues booking over the phone each time in called something was different. it was huge chaos and confusion once we got in. we was told to wait in the geneal admission line even though we had upgraded. so after asking a FEW times we got directed to the vip entrance. and on phone AND when we got the tickets we was told we would get front and center seats and un... read more
Yesterday I took my family for my birthday. I waited 20 years to go because I wanted my kids older so they could remember the experience, they are 22 and 12 now. The food was fantastic, the show wasn't near what I was expecting. Even my 12 year old said, mom it would have been great if the knights didn't have such a delay in the stabbing or how they jump and roll off the horses. The story was good. Disappointed in the pricing. It was $30 for 3 drinks and the smallest glass we got was only half full, it wasn't wine. If you pa... read more
I was very disappointed when i asked to move my seat due to another person coughing and hacking over our foods. She would not even cover her mouth. I was so upset because there were other seats available, it was not a packed house. I eventually stood up and left, did not eat nor watch the entire show...poor customer service.
The food was good & we had a great time! Fun for adults and kids!
I think it is very very overpriced. The show was good, the food was delicious. $20.00 for a photo rediculous.
As far as the performance, it was great. Otherwise, it was less than enjoyable. We had the misfortune of sitting next to a overactive child (I understand they become excited) who's parents were allowing him to hit my wife with a flag, along with continually jumping all over her. The last straw however, was when our waiter spilled our full bottle of wine all over my wife's lap and simply gave us an "oops" reply and walking away, without even offering a towel or something to clean up the mess. Needless to say, we didn't stay f... read more
The show was great, the food was horrible. The kids didn't notice the bad food so it was ok.
