We went there for a birthday. Our server was slow and our food was cold then the manager said I am sorry but we were backed up. There is no excuse for cold food. And waiting 30 min for water from the beginning.

Very disappointed in the service. 50 minutes into the show we were still waiting for drinks. If it had been my first time, I would not go back. Even with " free"Birthday coupons, it is very expensive. Basically it is NOT free

I thought i was going to spend less i spent 300 all together with gifts but service was a lil bad give my drink to other people but u come ask me about my drink and go find it and give it to me no telling how long they had it and or what they did to it i seen u go get it and bring it to me the whole peformance i want another dirink they didnt replace it had to finally go to the bar myself to get my own drink i still tipped tho the porformance was over and the food gave me gas

I won two vouchers for Medieval Times when I won a contest to visit Orlando through a Chicago radio station. We were not able cash in the vouchers while we were in Orlando. We have a local Medieval times. I called 1-888-WE-JOUST to see if we could use the vouchers at the Schaumburg location. The man on the phone called that location and stated that they would not cash in my vouchers for tickets there. It is a shame they were not able to work with us as we were going to purchase at least 3 more tickets and a birthday package.... read more

The animals were great. I worked here and their management is a complete and total mess. The woman who left me a voicemail forgot to hang up and you could hear her talking poorly about me calling me names. She's an hr receptionist who doesn't know how to use a phone which is about fifty percent of her job. They women who work there are so mean to other people I've never worked somewhere so terrible in my life.

It was very nice until we got home and found out my grandson left his sweatshirt there...trying to get ahold of someone to help us has been a nightmare. ..

The show is entertaining but the food was awful!! Plus, after you pay $75+ for ticket, the servers come around and ask for tips!! The company should pay them more if they feel they need tips!!
