I haven't been here in at least 13 years, and I loved tonight's show just as much as I did as a kid! The acting and fighting was amazing and the food was great. The reason I am giving 3 stars is because it took over an hour for the cocktail waitress to come and take my order for a refill of my mixed drink which I purchased in the lobby. I had to ask my waiter Evan (who was awesome!) multiple times where she was. Once she finally came to me, she stated that it was a new system being used to place orders and it kept crashing... read more

We go twice a year and always love it! I'm not one to complain but this time I was not to happy with the service we received from our wench. She seemed bothered to be working on a Friday. Besides leaving a full thermos pitcher of hot soup in front my husband blocking his view, I guess to speed up serving the food, which had not happened any other times we had been there. She only gave us 3 options to drink, lemonade, coke or water and she already had the pitchers ready. When we asked if sprite was available she ignored us. ... read more

I purchased 6 VIP tickets for the Chicago show yesterday. I've always wanted to attend the medieval times dinner theater and purchased the tickets to celebrate my niece turning 19. She was so surprised by the show and even enjoyed the food! We were truly treated like royalty by everyone but our server!!!! She seemed rushed, irritated, slow, and just not present with anything except when asking for her tip. Our experience could have gone from ok to Great with just a little better service!! Honestly as happy as I was with the show there was something bothering me and another in my party of 4. We took a photo and the guy that passes out photos and collects money during show said he looked all over and it was missing. The waitress ran out of Pepsi on me . Came back and again didn't have enough to fill the cup. When she came back she brought a cup filled with ice and very little soda. She left the other cup there.
