I was told the truck was being trailered here and there was zero miles. When I picked up the truck it had 6 miles in it and fingerprints all over the back sliding window. It obviously was used for a test ride prior to me picking it up. The credit person told me I couldn't put the down payment on my newly acquired GM card, which wasn't what the credit manager told me. 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in prime condition with 125,000-miles needed oil change, turn signal repair and a thorough inspection Got oil and turn signal but the inspection report was not filled out as promised. Also took 2-months to get on your schedule. ???

By the back garage door on the deck I’m seeing what I believe is Bat poop, it might be getting in by the ceiling above the back garage door. They can get in very tight places
The Customer Service is great from the Service dept. They should train Shaun the car salesman that sold me my car some pointers!! He's an awful person and the treatment that I received from him was absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!
Came in for an oil change I had stopped several times because how long it takes almost 2 hours for an oil change. They did have to look at the door, but that didn’t take them two hours to do came out and told me the estimate but then I was waiting and waiting to check out cause I had to get to work and they said they didn’t have the paperwork done to pay. I had to leave without paying and they said they’d call me in a few minutes. I had to call them five hours later to pay my invoice. I will not be back.
