We purchased a very expensive 2023 truck from this dealership at the end of October. The sales person Gyna was great! No issues with her at all. I would highly recommend her. But… we had multiple other issues… Our temporary plate was coming up on expiration and we called multiple times to find out what going on with the permanent plates. Going by other reviews. Used car dealerships like to double talk and add extra warranties not needed and add high APRs I am no stranger to cons. This sounds like a big con!
I drove to Medina for the old “bait & switch.” I messaged them on Thursday afternoon to make sure they had the specific listing in stock. I was told it was available. Showed up at noon on Saturday, was greeted and given a seat to wait for a sales associate. I asked if I could go look at the vehicle while I was waiting. Sleazy salesmen and manager. Went there, test drove truck, sat down to do the deal, while waiting on trade appraisal, they sold the truck to someone on phone. No more models like that one, and couldn't locate one and be able to guarantee sales promotion price. They dont care about customers, only a quick deal. Not the kind if people you want to deal with, stay away!
Friendly sales guy. Sold me a piece of junk though. They ended up fixing several issues with the jeep I bought, but failed to mention the sky glider leaks and no one will fix it. They couldnt even replace the tpm sensor before they sent me home in it. I had to replace break pads, rotors, shocks and struts within the first 3 weeks of having it.. Bought a car there on Monday only to find out three days later they were having a sale where they will give you up to 3000 over bluebook for your trade-in not only did I not get that they gave me 2000 less than bluebook to begin with. I cannot get anybody to return my emails or my phone calls very poor service highly recommend going somewhere else. The car I was trading in was a Camaro ss with 24,000 miles they gave me 18,000 and a day later put it up for 24,988
They are a shady and completely lied to me just to get me to come in there. When we got there then they doubled the price of the car from what they told me on the phone.
Don’t deal with this place. They try to sell cars that are already sold days before. Very unprofessional to deal with. They can care less to rectify anything. Their rep, Brad White, is too busy to answer calls or text all day. Never experienced this in my life! This was an embarrassment!
