My children had an appointment scheduled at 4:30. At noon they called to asked me to move it to 4 because someone went home sick. I apologize and let them know that I could not come in any earlier and asked if we should reschedule. The person on the phone told me that I did not need to reschedule and that they would work it out. The last thing she said to me was, we’ll see you at 4:30.
