Our serviceman Jim was prompt, courteous and quickly found and repaired the issue with the AC. Jim was also kind enough to let me know that he had spotted a bolt in one of my car's tires on his way in.

One heat zone wasn't working. Called and they showed up just a couple o hours later - within the promised time frame. Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly and he made the fix within about an hour.
