I have had nothing but a terrible experience so far. On 10/15/18 I called to start service. Rob the sales associate set us up for an inspection on Tuesday 10/16 between 8am-12pm. I was told once inspection is completed service would be requested automatically for oil and that I wouldn’t have to call and ask for it. Tuesday came and they didn’t show up until 2:30 for inspection. Made a mistake I thought the person did a great job I mistakenly hit the wrong button
Technician took 2 minutes to diagnose the problem. He reset the clock and the temperature settings and thermostat seems to be back to normal
