Hot water was not working. Called for an appointment, waited all day for someone to come. Employee came at 4 PM and drained our line. Waited 3 hours and still no hot water. Called again at 7PM and was told that we had to wait until the next day for someone to come. This is totally unacceptable, had to stress that We needed service tonight. We were put on the list for that night with no idea of what time the technician will come. Again unacceptable. Fine -oil ran out. I told operator I had no oil and she said I did. Serviceman came and said I was out of oil. Computer was wrong- it said I had oil.

On 1/18/2019 I signed a heating oil delivery agreement for the period 1/18/2019 through 1/31/2020. On 10/4/2019, I notified Meenan via email to terminate the agreement at the end of the current pricing period with the exact message "Please terminate my oil delivery agreement as of 1/31/2020, the end of the current pricing period". The agreement states that an early termination fee applies if the contract is terminated prior to the end of the current pricing period, 1/31/2020. Called at 6:30 pm. Was given a window of 8pm -MN. Called at 7:55 pm that they would be arriving shortly. Arrived at 8 pm. Technician specialist could have not been nicer. Assessed situation. Kept me informed. And work completed cleanly. Couldn’t be happier. And I had heat again!!!

The only person that represents what meaning stood for when I joined 15 years ago was the service man. Every call center representative I spoke with was nasty seemed as if they were miserable one man sounded like he was crying. I passed two encounters with this company have been horrible sadly our choices here are limited

I am giving Meenan 2 stars because the sale people will say almost anything to get you to sign a contact with them. Buyer beware. If you can record your conversation to ensure what you heard is real . Stay away from the ceiling price , for the entire year I was charged the ceiling price , even when the price of oil dropped. This will be my last contract with them unfortunately . The service repair part of the company is great, they show up and they are respectful when entering your home.
I ran out of oil. I requested a delivery. Customer Svc said the delivery was set for today. As of yet ll:21am I still have not received the delivery. We will be out of oil again.
This company doesn't seem to care much about customers.
I called at 10 pm and they arrive at 10:15 tell mme that not service Responsible courteous reliable Thank you William Dejesus
