My experience was made horrible due to Jennifer Figueroa she was rude and just plain ugly. I was trying to buy a vehicle I made several attempts to contact her through phone calls and text. It took forever then when it happened just to be treated in that manner.
My experience was a disappointing one I was lied to about the inventory and the down payment. Your salesperson ( Jennifer Figueroa ) was rude and ugly towards me. I was very interested in buying a vehicle where I called and text several times before I was answered. Then to be treated in this manner.
You may get a easy approval but you will definitely pay for it later. I’ve had this car less than 4 months and it has already stopped working. Definitely not reliable. And they will charge you crazy money to fix.
My name is Blake Stephens and I purchased a car through automax last year. A 2012 ford Taurus sel, this is a complaint about how this company handle my situation. Everyone please take caution when working with this company! Auto Max gave false hopes when I purchased my Nissan with them, that they would take good care of me as a customer. I couldn’t be more wrong! I haven’t had my car for 6 months and I am already having battery issues with the car. I believed it was my keyless remote so I went to AutoZone and replaced the battery, even with those efforts my vehicle STILL WILL NOT start.
