yall can block people and delete comments all you want. People are not lying when they say don't go to this place! every car will need repairs that warranty doesn't cover. they shut my car off because Im 8days late due to my car being in THEIR shop. i have been communicating and paying religiously for the past 2 years and they cutmy car off. bastards!. they have drained my battery and I'll probably need a new one. they suck and get sassy af in comments instead of focusing on fixing their shitty ass cars. block me all you wan... read more

I purchased a truck from Automax four months ago. Had a great experience with Tyrone he helped out a lot. So September 3 the truck broke down on me and left me on the side of the freeway, now since the truck was still under warranty I had them to come pick it up. 3 1/2 weeks later I’m still without my vehicle. One minute is the fuel module then it’s the fuel pump, but the service department seems that they only check one item on the truck a day. No sense of urgency at all. I just assumed they don’t care.
