Basically Sold me A car with A lot of issues and the maintenance department does not issue you A rental while they are working on your car for A week max they never give you A date the car is on my credit so I can’t even return the car or get another one that works plus I still have to pay the car note on A damaged car

This company is a huge rip off!! I got approved and all of a sudden my car was taken outside of my apartment without a phone call or anything saying that I didn't get approved and after this I had to take them to court for my down payment back after I was threatened by the salesman at the company. When i went up there to get my belongings out of the car i noticed mostly everything was stolen out of the car!! Is it easy to get a car here yes. But will it be worth it long run NO! I have had all types of issues with my vehicle day 1. And three weeks later I am still having issues. It’s been fixed 4 times by their mechanics. Check engine light is still on.DONT BUY FROM THEM THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF GOOD PEOPLE.
Damian is a WONDERFUL salesman, HOWEVER this company is VERY, VERY crooked and shady. They have purchased ALOT of flood cars from the Houston area, cleaned them up and are attempting to sell them..... I've been through 3 cars in less than a month with them and still have had NOTHING but PROBLEMS..... First car was HORRIBLE all around (they did not perform a proper safety inspection before allowing me to drive off), 2nd car had roaches all inside (coming from being flooded) & the 3rd car windows & door locks did not work and ... read more
Dont EVER get a car here!!!! They sell u the car in one area but a whole different company (MEI finance) handles you once you get the car and THEY SUCK!!!! Had my car all of 3 months and it broke down!!! Then they charged me for repairs AFTER they told me they would cover everything because we let them know when we bought the car about the issues!!! Ugh I'm so done with this place ... If I didn't NEED this car I would've left it at the shop!!!! BUYER BEWARE, DONT DO IT!!!!!
Absolutely horrendous service on all fronts. Do these sales people even know how to sell cars? My boyfriend wanted to get a truck and has pretty much no credit (no cards, etc.), so we decided to check this pace out. This is NOT the place to buy ANY vehicle. Joe the "owner" told us that he had been running a cash car lot THAT HE GOT IN TROUBLE FOR, and if that isn't a huge red flag, I don't know what is.
