First, I went to this place because I had to. I understand how places like these run and how they make their money. They sell a product called "Insurance", all the sales associates I've spoken to, customer service people and corporate people call it insurance. They sell it as a product that meets the states minimum requirements. This is absolutely not true. We specify multiple times on the contract that the insurance only covers the vehicle and the loan. You do have to add liability. It’s in your contract you signed for it.
I will start by saying this place is a joke. These people will do whatever it takes to lease you a car, they would sweet talk you and act like they getting you the best deal ever, they don't care about you all they care about is their comission. once the car is sold their sweet talk ends. This far is the worst car place you can get your car from . I purchased a car and didn’t have the car even 24 hours and it stopped working on me . The customer service is poor. I was here 6 hours which is unexceptable . They are just as bad as mega motors . They drink achole on the job and is very unprofessional . I do not recommend this place at all .
Horrible buying experience filled with lies!! I came in Thursday morning around 10am and test drove a few cars. Liked a Dodge Charger but heard noises from the front passenger side. The sales lady Michelle told me that the shop would take care of anything wrong with the car and also explained the warranty. RecommendedDo not go here they are a rip off they sold me a car they couldn’t get registered and they lied and said he was they lied and took out some of the Carfax and just gave me the two top pages my car broke down a week later and they keep it for eight days with no transportation no help no money out or anything then when I got it back the same thing happen again me and my niece was stuck in the heat they told me they couldn’t pick up the car until five days later then when I called him about the car they said that they was puttin... read more
Basically Sold me A car with A lot of issues and the maintenance department does not issue you A rental while they are working on your car for A week max they never give you A date the car is on my credit so I can’t even return the car or get another one that works plus I still have to pay the car note on A damaged car
Rip off bad customer service bad cars will not send any more ppl there
