I canceled my service on March 17, was told they would not take the recurring payment of $97 out on the 3/25 and they had ***** days to pick up the garbage cans. They took the $97 out on the 3/25, when I called they then told me I would get my refund when they picked their garbage cans up. That was never told to me from the beginning, this call was placed on March 31, and they told me it had been dispatched and someone would be there Friday April 1 to get garbage cans, my refund would start that Monday 4/4 and could take unt... read more

Didnt pick up my trash and refused to come back and get it. I was told I had to bring it to the landfill because the driver told them he stopped and we didnt have anything sitting out. Poor customer service to say the least. I pay them to come out and pick up my trash, not for me to drive it to them.

I would rank this company even lower if I could! 2 weeks ago one of the rumpke drivers felt that he didn't need to pick up 1 of the 2 garbage cans. Today he took a self purchased can. I called and reported it to the company. The company WILL NOT REFUND MY CAN!! I Have 2 toddlers and a daughter that has a colostomy bag, I hope they have fun picking up the bags off the ground.

Rumpke has missed picking up my garbage three times in the last 4 months. Customer service states that they will return and pick up the missed garbage within 24 to 48 hours. My experience is that this does not happen. If you read these reviews this a recurrent problem with many of their customers. Apparently, they do absolutely nothing to rectify the problem. Illustrates that they do not care about their customers.

I think there service is unacceptable!! Unfortunately we have no other options!! They continue to not empty my trash!!! My bill is paid and they have had to credit my account so many times. I get asked the same questions every time I call!! My neighbor's trash gets emptied. Three people just across the street!! ***!!!!

I have been a customer for 10 years, only because ********************** has bought the other trash company. Now I don't have a choice they are the only trash service company that service my area. Every quarter my **** has increase. I called and they say fuel surcharge. I don't understand how they can raise my **** every quarter and get away with. My **** went from $55.00 to $80.00 over the years. Rumpke raise it by a dollar here or .50 each and every ****. I hate this company but they do what they want because their is no o... read more

We have called Rumpke to complain they do not seem to care their drivers do not empty the dumpster completely they leave bags and trash hanging out of it trash on the ground.

They are averaging missing my garbage pickup every other week. One week they blamed on weather (we only had rain the day mine is scheduled). Week before last it was a closed road ( State says the road will be closed indefinitely. There are multiple other open routes to my home. Not sure what the problem was yesterday. I have messaged them and spoken with them by phone multiple times the last few weeks. They ************** on Thursday and Friday they will still be there and to leave it near the curb. My service is terrrible. It is constantly getting skipped. When I call to ask for it to get picked up, they cant give me an excuse to why it wasnt picked up. they make me wait till my next pick up time. We pay for weekly pick up and I expect a weekly pick up. I shouldnt have to wait till the next time to get it picked up. This is causing lots of trash on my property due to the winds. Very unhappy. This is not good customer service.
