Melissa, Communicated throughout the whole process! She let us know continually, what documents we needed to get over, how the process with the loan was going, sent over documents that showed what was completed and what still needed completion. My wife and I were both pleased with Melissa, we will use her in the future for property purchases and let our Family and friends for future purchases.
