Melissa was really great with communication and keeping us informed every step of the way. I really appreciated that. I wasn’t crazy about how long it took but that wasn’t anyone’s fault. Overall it was a really good experience.

She ensured we had everything we needed before we ever made an offer which made the process run so much smoother. My wife cried with happiness every time she spoke to her because Melissa was able to talk to her every step. We were so relived. We are so grateful to her, she helped change our lives.

This wasn’t the smoothest transaction due to the seller, but Melissa was extremely helpful and took a lot of the burden off of our shoulders. She ensured we were ready to close, so as soon as our builder gave the green light we were ready to go. She gave regular updates and was a always a phone call or text away if we had questions.
