I don’t know what we would have done without a Melissa. As first time home buyers we felt safe and secure under her care. She answered all of our questions in detail and with patience. She ensured we had everything we needed before we ever made an offer which made the process run so much smoother. My wife cried with happiness every time she spoke to her because Melissa was able to talk to her every step. We were so relived. We are so grateful to her, she helped change our lives.
Melissa was so wonderful! Patient, kind, and responsive. She was always available on the phone or through text to answer my many questions. For first time home buyers she is calming and reassuring during a stressful process and she is seriously amazing at her job! This wasn’t the smoothest transaction due to the seller, but Melissa was extremely helpful and took a lot of the burden off of our shoulders. She ensured we were ready to close, so as soon as our builder gave the green light we were ready to go. She gave regular updates and was a always a phone call or text away if we had questions.
Melissa was the best part of our recent home-buying experience. She was on top of all dates, action items, and requirements from us.
