Melissa was so wonderful! Patient, kind, and responsive. She was always available on the phone or through text to answer my many questions. For first time home buyers she is calming and reassuring during a stressful process and she is seriously amazing at her job! She was quick to lend a hand and reach out to title, our agent, employers, etc to get things done as quickly as possible. Would 100% recommend her to anyone we know looking to buy a home.

This wasn’t the smoothest transaction due to the seller, but Melissa was extremely helpful and took a lot of the burden off of our shoulders. She ensured we were ready to close, so as soon as our builder gave the green light we were ready to go. She gave regular updates and was a always a phone call or text away if we had questions.
