Arron and his team at Surburban Mortgage were great to deal with. Aaron worked extremely hard to meet our timeline in fact they were ready to go with our paperwork a week earlier than estimated. The costs for our loan was very aggressive when we compared to others but what was more important to my wife and I was the level of customer service!
I cannot say enough about Aaron and his team. I received outstanding service and have never had everything go so smoothly and quickly. I would highly recommend them! They go above and beyond for their clients.

Aaron is a stand up guy. Doesn't hide anything from you. Works with you, can and will slow things down if you feel you're moving too fast. Jennifer and Sue Ellen were great!! Being self employed, we knew the process would get a little hairy. They were very informative and patient. I probably asked them the same questions at least twice and they did not hesitate to explain things over and over again. At times I would get frustrated but they always put my mind at ease. Super professional, prompt and communicative! After all is said and done we are very , very pleased with our experience with Jennifer!
Any loan process can be a stressful endeavor. Pete was able to help make this a much more manageable task. He was always available to answer questions and when he didn't have an immediate answer, he was able to get the information needed in a timely manner. Not only did I get a great interest rate, he had the resources available to help me achieve a lower homeowners insurance rate. Although I hope I won't need to do this again for a while, I would trust Pete to handle my loans in the future.
