In December of 2015 I closed on my first home, and she did this loan for me. My lender kept up with all the coordination between selling and buying in the same transactions. We had to meet certain time frames which was difficult at times.\nAlso my loan is a self employed loan with a lot of different things going on with properties.

Wendy was available in person, phone and email. Information was shared quickly and she was very fast to get things done. I would recommend her to others.
Wendy was awesome; I was a first time home buyer and she let me know the options available to me and we were able to do so much of this without me missing work. It was a very efficient and speedy process. Wendy kept me informed every step of the way and never hesitated to answer any questions that I had no matter how minor they might have been. She is very knowledgeable and had a great support system within her organization. I even closed earlier than expected!
Whether your a first time home buyer, or have purchased many homes, sometimes getting a loan can be difficult. There are a lot of inspections, verifications, and disclosures etc, along the way that can bring a transaction to a sudden halt. Gaynor is the only lender that I have found that actively searches for potential problems early in the process, to protect me, the buyer.
