Ryan helped me get a condo last year and made the difficult process of financing a much more enjoyable experience. He found me the best rate and walked me through all the necessary paperwork. I could email or call him anytime and even stopped by his office a few times to get myself organized. I would absolutely use Ryan again and would highly recommend him to friends and family.
Aaron has been a friend for over 20 years and I know he is in the real estate industry so I went to him for a quote and advice. Aaron came back with a great rate but I did find 1 that was better by the smallest amount. Not knowing any better I went with the cheaper rate because all I saw was bottom line. Aaron warned me. Jennifer and her team were excellent! She helped us obtain a VA loan and then process was much easier than we expected. She provided updates by phone and by email every step of the way. I would definitely recommend using her and her team at Suburban Mortgage!
Wendy was very professional with each step that was taken from beginning to the finishing of my loan. I felt very comfortable during the process, especially because Wendy explained every detail with me regarding all of my questions. I was very impressed with the punctuality of the date of my closing as well. I would recommend Wendy to anyone!

Jennifer and her team were which includes her wonderful mother (Sue Ellen) were a pleasure to work with. I am a detailed oriented person and they never had a problem slowing down the process to a crawl to provide me with a complete breakdown and description of each step. Jennifer and her team are amazing! We had a few odd ball things come up and she really thought outside the box to come up with multiple options to get the issue resolved. Jennifer was always quick to respond the any questions we had and was very easy to talk to. She did a great job explaining things in terms we could understand. I would defiantly recommend using Jennifer and her team.
Jennifer and her team were fantastic throughout the whole process. This was my first home, so this is all new to me. Jennifer and her team were readily available to answer all my questions. Plus, she had about three week to close on my condo and she made sure everything was done perfectly in time for my closing. If I had to do it all over again (which I hope I don't have to do for a very long time) I would definitely stick with her.
