Wendy was the best she made me feel like I was her only client. She way exceeded my expectation. She also was very patient because the first house I put in a offer on took six months and it fell thru. the next house only took 20 days to close. I was so exited. I highly recommend her!

Wendy did a great job working to secure our loan. She ensured we had everything necessary to conduct the closing, including processing the paperwork necessary for a VA loan.\nShe made it all understandable and remained available and responsive througout the process. She's very approachable, friendly, and upbeat. I'd recommend her services to anyone.

I don,t relly like doing these My client was the seller not the buyer I was not to happy that she told the appraiser i insisted he call me and not text it made me look like a jerk I never said any such thing. she asked if i had heard from him I told her he had text me and I texeted back the previouse day but hadn't heard back. I don't appreciate people speaking or making demands on my behalf without my permision especially to another party in the transaction. I am perfectly capable of communicating with them on my own.
