In general I personally didn't feel that I was anything more than one more client that was charged for preparing my paperwork. I'd have used another agency, but this was a new build and the builder preferred I use this company. The communication in general was lacking.\n\nI gave three stars rather than two because COVID has strained things in odd ways and I'm sincerely trying to be fair in my assesment.

Nothing more than your average mortgage brokerage agency. There are some that are far worse, but there are much better ones too.\n\nIn general I personally didn't feel that my process, questions or needs were considered important to the persons who were assigned to my file. This was such a S U P E R experience with these folks!\nCompletely virtual until the actual signing by home direct notary agent.\nWe would converse by E-mail and exchange non-critical information. If I needed to GET them documents, I would use their secure server to upload them. It was fantastic!! Shelley Martin & Kari Morales especially, but really the whole team made it an enjoyable process. I did a mortgage with them in 2016 and it was great. I ha e been going through refinance with them. They don’t return calls or emails and expect you to have your documents in right away yet they are aware you need these and didn’t provide notification and time to get such documents located. The staff is rude and it’s nothing like dealing with Jim personally. Kathleen will never return your calls from the office but yet will continue to email acting like no such call was placed. First time home buyers, everything seemed so unorganized we had to be in contact with them most of the time, and we spoke with different people through out our process. Loan process was a mess. Not sure if it's because of covid19 but we would have liked more communication. Glad its finally over with.

My process started out fine My agent was very helpful and informative if and when I had questions. Although once we got going communication lacked, emails took longer to get replies 2 days hadn't heard from. Once I was approved 3 days before signing i ws hot with a 6k out of pocket expense after her and office reviewed my document's and said was OK the underwriter found issue where I had to come out of pocket 6k D/I ratio. I was referred to Heidi from my realator I must say I was very disappointed. Heidi was not very helpful or friendly. She never followed up and didn’t try to help me. I ended up going with another lender who approved me for 100k more than what Heidi said I was approved for.
