I have never been treated so good by restaurants staff in my life. It was my birthday, and they went all out for no extra cost with a free dessert and a birthday card and the food was fantastic. The ambience was beautiful and I happen to have a friend with me that had never been there and it was just so exciting to watch how they reacted to all this. The interaction with the fondue was a blast and I’m sure we probably overstayed our welcome.
We had a wonderful experience at The Melting Pot! Our waiter was incredibly kind and attentive, and the food was great. They went above and beyond to make my birthday special, even giving me a birthday card, which was such a thoughtful touch. It made the experience feel extra special, and I truly appreciated the kindness. We had a great time and would definitely recommend The Melting Pot!
Love this place, but it’s a bit overpriced. You are definitely paying for the experience. The food is good.

We come here because my son has celiac and needs to be gluten free. They have great options and staff. No problems several times; however, most recently the waitress did bring out the non-gluten free teriyaki steak and teriyaki sauce. Luckily, we caught it since we have been before. We will come back; however, we will continue to double check the wait staff to be safe.

The Melting Pot always is a delight but this time was extraordinary! Our server, Alvin, was so professional and yet very personal and made our evening seem like like we his only customers! The food was excellent and the chef was willing to make an exception and made us the pumpkin spice white chocolate fondue which is not done in Fridays. It was AMAZING! We have been coming here for years and will continue!

Our experience was wonderful. I booked this for my wife's birthday. It made her day to see the happy birthday message to her as we walked in. Our service was excellent and the server was very helpful in answering all of our questions. The food was delicious as well. It was an experience that we would like to do again.
A chocolate cravers delight! What an absolutely wonderful place to slip in and have an indulgent dessert!

Even though The Melting Pot has been around for some time, my wife and I experienced it for the first time just a few months ago. We enjoyed it so much, we decided to go again this weekend. It was just as good this time as the first. Plenty of food to eat and the service and ambience were top notch. I'm looking forward to eating at The Melting Pot again soon!
