my agent was very helpful and patient with many speed bumps on my refinance.. Even with covid things still flowed along and papers where signed. I can't speak for all the agents but Jim Rogers was very professional and a soft touch with my Situation...thanks member first!!!

Jim Rogers and the closing department at MFM were great! We were originally working with a different mortgage consultant there who did not meet our timeline and general needs. Hands down the best mortgage company I have ever worked with! Eric Beckett and his team are second to none! I have bought two homes through him and his team now! Paige Moore, his loan processor is in constant communication with you though the whole process.
