I don’t know how they stay in business with the kind of service i got. First my escrow took them 7 months to do. Between the lack of NOT returning calls and emails and asking for stuff that they them selves didn’t even know where to get and me driving all over town and waisting my time. We were suppose to hear from someone at member first mortgage on or before December 28 then we were told on December 30 we would definitely be hearing from them then next day. Nothing. They claimed they sent an email on the 29th I searched both my inbox, junk/spam box and trash. Nothing. I emailed them on the 30th. I’ve been with member first mortgage for several years paying the amount of $1767 a month I did an online application and had one loan officer and transfer me to another one named Jeff Prince Mr. prince said he didn’t see my application and I took screenshots of it and all the figures he said he call me back in 20 minutes and never heard from him again is this how you treat customers I have a very high fico score and my income is great I called a great company rocket mortgage they took me right away approve me we will pay of... read more
First, keep the same loan person instead of switching off to another person with no info be pass on. NEXT. when they send paper work with WRONG figures and information and you call and email them to respond back immediately, you get no response! But, you will get a quick response from a manager when you send a message like this !! STAY AWAY !!
This has been the WORST home buying experience ever!
There underwriting dept is poor. Asking for irrelevant documents, delay, delay, delay! All for a refi. They certainly should not be associated with credit unions as they don't meet the standard
The lender has not had any type of communication with our buyer she’s reached out in email and voicemails with no return call back! I’m furious at how unprofessional this is! I understand this is a busy time but it doesn’t mean there couldn’t be a quick hey i got your contract i will be in touch! She’s heard NOTHING!
Similar to other borrowers' experiences, poor communication skills. The most communication I received from them was when I told them I did not wish to continue conducting business with them.
Terrible experience with them. Very unprofessional and communication was awful. Asked for the same things multiple times. Rarely responded to emails with questions. Piss poor in my book
