I am a member of the credit union. I applied online for a home mortgage. I was simply sent an email stating they couldn’t help me. My credit scores were good enough, but my debt ratio wasn’t right on paper. I didn’t even get a phone call to question my application to see if maybe there was something missed. Sold my loan on the secondary market to a less than reputable servicer. I will never recommend Member First or Peach State Credit Union to anyone. Take your business elsewhere.
Rob Kennedy is not good at communicating. He has customer that agreed to buy a home I have for sale and I have not received one update. We are 2 weeks ago and have not been update . He does not answer the phone or emails. Most lenders give a weekly update . We did get a hold of co worker and she said loan had been on hold . Do not go with MfM if you want to know what’s going on.
Lack of communication, awful at best! Now I can't even make my first payment without a fee due to issues with the token code generation...
