They are so kind and sweet to me with my questions and to animals BUT I always have a good 30 minute wait if not more before I actually see a vet. I know they are really busy but I am busy too. I wait longer here than I do at the dentist or doctors office

Thanks for your review!! We are currently working on adding additional staff members including a doctor to try to cut down wait times and be able to see more pets! In the meantime, the best times to make appointments with little to no wait is the first few appointments in the morning and the afternoon. Thank you for trusting us with your pets!!
I have been bringing my pets here for over 10 years. The staff is knowledgeable and caring. Three years ago I brought in the best dog ever, and while blunt with me, the veterinarian didn't sugar coat anything or give me any kind of false hope, which was perfect. In a dire situation with your pet, the last thing you need is fairy tales. I was able to make an educated and informed decision about what to do with my baby. Without an appointment they took in my cat for life threatening issues got him fixed up and ready to come back home. They were amazing with working with me on money and helping to make sure he stayed healthy. These people are beyond amazing. We were not even patients of this vet at the time.
Our 14+ Years old dog had started having seizures randomly in July of 2015. She only had 4 in that year. She was seen at a different vet clinic for this issue. She was great for about 8 months then the day after Thanksgiving she had an episode while we were not in the house. It was debilitating, we had to make the horrible decision to put her down. I talked with this clinic about putting down our pet and since we aren't patients there would have to happen during the week. So stopped in to get done and now they said since we are not patients will have to wait or schedule an appointment, as our pet is dying as we speak. So rude and heartless, never recommend. Sad.
