The staff is not just friendly, they care about each and every pet and pet owner. We've had great experiences here, routine and emergency. It's a great comfort to know they have us covered. Most recent visit, our 5-mo old Newf, Hailey, had a stick in her throat. They saw her right away, and while it had gone "down the hatch" before we got there, they were still great about it.
