Not that this clinic (Memorial Drive Vet Clinic) was ever anything spectacular, but covid has clearly brought out the desperation for staff too. The only reason they have business is convenience and considering their lack of real medical knowledge, they make up for it with low prices. The staff is a staff and for the most part the kindness makes up for the incompetence of it all. However, at this time there is a stain on the service of this place. we used to use memorial drive. we were not happy so many times. it seemed like dental surgery was always pushed, and other unnecessary procedures. when we switched to mishicot we found out our baby had perfect teeth and instead had lymphoma. this just one pet that we had a negative experience with memorial drive. I am happy to have changed and always tell people to go elsewhere.
Can't believe you would not let both parents in to be with an elderly fur baby during his last minutes. UNBELIEVABLE ! Shame on you ! what a bunch of uncaring assholes !

We brought our two cats in for their annuals about a month ago. The clinic appeared they had no idea who my cats were and thought they were dogs. One cat then had to get her teeth cleaned and a complication occurred which they said was due to my cat having a cold... my cat has no symptoms, has not been acting ill and was fine before she went in.
