Somewhat underwhelming for a Mercedes dealership. I found a quality independent german care mechanic locally. Will likely go to that shop in the future.

The emergency brake set itself to on and it would not release . I called Mercedes and they towed the car to the dealer. Apparently it was a glitch in the computer system and when they plugged in the update , the brake released and all was fine . Is the second electrical .. when I bought it , the automatic door unlock was not working . That was annoying and I had to bring it back in to have that fixed. when I bought, they did not have an owner manual .. It should have been noted and sent
